Lou Bock

Manager/Owner

As a third generation builder, Louis G. Bock has been actively involved in the building business since 1967. His grandfather founded the building business in the 1920’s followed by his father in the 1940’s. They both specialized in building fine, custom homes in Tucson, Arizona.

Lou attended the University of Arizona, while learning the building trade from his father. He received his license, from the State of Arizona, in 1972 for large commercial and residential building. Over the years, he has constructed hundreds of custom homes and numerous commercial buildings. Lou has also built many residential remodels and a number of commercial tenant improvements from retail to specialized medical use.

Lou also specializes in organizing packages for clients, beginning with raw land through the construction phases. These packages include; environmental studies, surveying, engineering, site and grading plans, water plans, development plans, architectural drawing and construction of the project. His belief is that all commercial work should be meticulously constructed like any custom home.

The many numerous Tenant Improvements he has built include: United States Postal Service, South East Vetrans Clinic, restaurants, chiropractor’s office, yogurt shops, beauty salons, barber shops, computer stores, real estate offices, insurance offices, optometrist office, ophthalmologist offices, dental offices and other medical offices.

The building business is truly Lou Bock’s passion while continuing thorough and impressive work on all projects as he has for the past forty years.
